Personalized Asset Protection
DFS was contracted to complete digital forensic exams on a computer system and cellular phone/PDA used by the spouse of a successful business person, owning a multi-million dollar business. It had been believed that the spouse was participating in a relationship outside the client’s marriage.
This exam revealed numerous chats, emails and photos, showing that the client’s spouse had in fact been participating in an external relationship. This became of great importance for the client due to a prenuptial agreement that clearly forbid this type of activity, becoming a matter of client asset protection.
Information was provided to the client that clearly proved what had been alleged and resulted in the protection of the client’s business assets.
