Because not all "forensic examiners" are created equally. There are schools pumping out "forensic examiners" in an 18 month time frame, most of which know nothing more than how to use a GUI tool, "Tool Tykes". They are NOT experts! Forensic experts should be experienced in computers, networks and forensic practices and theory, not just in the use of a forensic tool.
